Very well built, extremely great price compared to other professional melters. It kept my chocolate in temper for eight hours with no problems. I only had to use a heat gun in short spurts a few times to re-liquefy. This came very well packaged, no dents or injuries to the product, impressive since it traveled such a great distance. Highly recommend.
