The media could not be loaded. The Product is very good but the Thin elastic strap and cheap quality cloth sleeves provided.Sleeve is so very thin that the cold pack is wetting my clothes. The pic of the bag and elastic strap is illusive as compared to the one receivedNeed a change of the bag

Its good product but you need to put in very low temperature deepfreeze and they its hold for long period .

The media could not be loaded. Put the gel bag in freezer. Gel does not freeze but just the perfect cooling. Lasts for at least half an hour. Fits in bag perfectly. Value for money product. Recommended for joint pain and swelling.

Have only used cold pack right now and it is really good. Comes with a nice black bag that you can tie around areas such as knees or shoulders giving you good support. Delivery by Amazon was supper quick!
