How many ounces per 26 count package?

I got 43 grams in my pack of 26. Making vanilla extract with vodka in an immersion blender (Serious Eats recipe), so that will make about 2 cups extract at a 10:1 ratio vodka to beans by weight.

I plan to use 1.75L of neutral alcohol to make extract, and plan to wait 5 months or so before use. Would one package of 26 be enough?

You need at least 3packs for the 1.75L. The recommended ratio is 100g Vanilla Pods for I liter alcohol. This pack contains about 45-55grams of vanilla pods. Assuming each bag you receive contains about 50g, then 3-4 packs of this product should work out fine-great. Sincerely, FITNCLEAN VANILLA
