What is the diameter of the two circular plug openings in the brass plate? (Rectangular plate.)

The ones we have don't look exactly like this one. The covers for the two side by side outlets are 1/1/2 x 1/ 1/4 in diameter and a standard 3-prong plug will fit. If you wanted to fit in a larger plug with a box attached, like for a Mac computer, you'd have to use an adapter plug.

Once installed in the floor how much it rises from it?

The installer will install it with enough room underneath to fit whatever flooring you have - on our hardwood floor the top sits on it and on the carpet floors it is flush with the carpet.

Doyou guys sell the coin covers only, and how do you cover the one that has cable plug?
