Perfect for a portable projector!
I bought this for a portable projector and it fits perfectly. I am more than happy with it. The case is very sturdy with a sensible handle that makes transporting it super easy. The padding inside has no smell at all and is just enough to protect my projector and it's overall design was perfect for what I needed it to do. There is obviously no assembly so it is easy to open up and insert your delicate product.

Great for my use
Works well for my IEM kit (2 transmitters, ears, and power adapters).. The foam is meh, but for the price I'm not complaining. Well made outer, with good latches and sturdy box.

Perfect for a Mavic Mini
I wanted a hard case for my DJI Mavic Mini that would hold all the extra crap the makes the drone usable. I also wanted to be able to carry the 10.2" iPad and all of the associated charging accessories. Most of the pre-cut foam cases weren't much bigger than the original molded case, but a couple had space for a tablet holder. However, they were still too small to fit the tablet itself. So I gave up and ordered this pick'n'pluck case that had the necessary interior dimensions for the tablet. The pick'n'pluck foam came in two layers so I was able to form the bottom layer to fit around the gimble cover (you can see in the 2nd photo). The other 3 pockets are full depth for the tablet holder, controller and battery charger. I even had a space left over for extra batteries, should I buy some. I put a sheet of dollar store adhesive cork on the lid to protect the face of the iPad and glued the layers of foam with clear craft glue because they did get a little wavy. I can fit the drone, controller, battery charger, tablet holder, controller lanyard, 2 USB chargers, 2 USB cords, the tablet to controller cord, spare set of propellers and a 10.2" iPad. The iPad lays neatly on top when you open the case so it isn't really in danger despite not being secured. The case itself is a basic, solid Pelican knockoff. I don't know if it's really waterproof, but that's not a concern of mine. One layer of foam was really well cubed and the other was less-accurately cut so I had to saw through part of it with an x-acto knife. It had a generic 'Outdoors!" sticker on it, the latches are tight without being impossible to open and overall it was precisely what I needed. I can even use the closed case as a launch site.

Very solid case; may be heavy for some folks.
Dewalt doesn't offer a hard case for my new finish nailer, only a soft bag, so I started shopping for a 3rd party case. To my frustration, every hard case I looked at was either slightly too small for the nailer, way too big, or crazy expensive! This case was the first I found with the right interior dimensions at a reasonable price, so I gave it a try. My first impression is it's thicker and more dense than I expected - almost overkill, but I can't complain about it being too strong, right? The only possible downside seems to be its weight. The product listing for the 19" x 16" x 6" (18.8 Liter) case did warn it was 9.6 lbs and they weren't kidding! Keep in mind that's empty weight, so after adding the nailer, two batteries, and a charger, it's 18 lbs! Weight aside, I'm very happy with it so far. I suspect this case will almost certainly outlast the nailer it was purchased to carry. UPDATE: I noticed the price increased 40% on the 19" x 16" x 6" (18.8 Liter) case just a few days after I purchased mine, so it is not such a bargain anymore. Still a solid case for the money.

Excellent Quality Weatherproof Case
Very sleek, high quality case. Comes with pick-out foam which is easy to customize, fits a decent amount of equipment, and works very well at keeping water and dust out and my stuff safe. Overall, great case, it's 80% of the quality of a Pelican for a fraction of the price.

Product page size inaccurate; box smaller than advertised.
Very sturdy box. The plastic is super thick. You could likely drive a truck over it and not hurt it. The pluck foam is good quality and will likely last for years while providing good cushioning. Why three stars? The 10" x 8" x 4" box is only 8.75" x 6.5" x 3.75". If you measured your target and decided the box needs to be 10" x 8" x 4" to allow for cushioning of your tools (that is to say, you need "working" space of 9" x 7" x 3.5"), you're out of luck with this box. Note: I did go through the "small print" but did not see interior dimensions listed anywhere.

Great value
Got these to store "functional glass art" and they are near as good as more name branded cases that cost more. Would buy again if i ever needed them if didnt buy a bunch during a sale!

Nice little case for the 38/9mm money! : )
This water resistant case also has a one way oxygen valve so it can breath, the rubber straps are thick and sturdy and hold the lid tight. It was hard to find a case this small and thin but still had protective foam inside that is pick and pluck for fitting items down into the case. It fits a small frame compact 9mm pistol or a J frame S&W revolver perfectly along with a extra mag or flat 38 ammo strip but thats all. Not to big, not to small and not to thick. I tried just putting the "Item" on top of the foam but it pulls the lid away from the bottom a little and well, there goes your water tight fit, so using the pick and pluck foam to fit your item into the case is a must! I would buy it again!

Great quality case
I got this to store a pair of expensive headphones in (Audeze LCD-2C). The case came with pickable foam, so you can customize your own design to fit whatever you are trying to store. I did not end up using the provided foam, as I already had pre-cut foam to fit the headphone. So long as you are confident that what you have to store fits this case, and that there is several cm of extra space on every side, this is a great case. Most people can ignore the next thing I am about to say, unless you are trying to store an LCD-2C headphone. For anyone who wants to store LCD-2 headphones specifically, I would actually not recommend this case. Get something a little bit wider, because I think there should be a little bit more buffer foam on the side than I was able to accommodate. I think the drivers will be protected, but the sides are a bit too thin for me to feel comfortable. Also, if you are using the Audeze-provided pre-cut foam instead of the foam included by Monoprice, you will know that the foam is too wide so you will need to cut it. Cut slightly diagonally so that the top is widest and the bottom is narrowest. This is my fault, but basically my personal measurements were off and I did a bad job at cutting my audeze foam. This is because the case is slightly slanted on the inside, you need to cut the foam accordingly. Otherwise, the foam will be pressed inwards, and fit the headphones too snugly or not at all. Honestly, my foam cutting was a disaster and I will think twice before ever doing this again. But for someone who is more craft-y or creative than me, you will probably be fine. I would still recommend a wider case, though. Other than that, the dimensions were fine. I honestly did such a bad job that I might try again with the monoprice-provided foam and see how that goes.

Very nice but some design issues
Update: The 2.0L model has some issues but I'm still giving 5 stars as i love the material and overall quality. The main issue is the handle is way too small for your hand to even fit through. You will be carrying it on the tips of your fingers. Also the handle is not exactly in the center of the case but closer to the bottom of it. As a result the case will be unevenly balanced when you hold it by the handle. On the other hand the 2 liter model is the perfect size for your big phone or small tablet and stuff like that. I have the 2.88 liter model as well and it doesn't suffer from these two issues. Original review: Sturdy and well made it seems. Foam to fill up the entire inside was included. I like the material, it's clearly not easily breakable. And for 25 bucks the 2.88L size is a steal.
