It solved our problem!
We needed this timer to replace an old one for our landscape lighting. So happy we did it ourselves without involving an electrician.The first two ordered did not work, but the third one was a charm! Grateful for Amazon's return policy.

No instructions, but worked great!
Don't expect any instructions on how to use it in the packaging (I had to visit YouTube for that), but it worked exactly as expected. Great product. Great price at $23.

Sent me a used timer that did not work
I ordered what I thought was a NEW timer. Arrived in a cardboard box with no inner packaging, instructions, or paperwork. There were some scratches and indications on the timer of use. I plugged it in to my outside lights, replacing an identical model that had lasted three years. Of course, the one I was sent did not work. I requested a refund, was sent the shipping label and package, and mailed the timer back. Still waiting for a refund.
