Resold?
This item came stuffed in box unable to close. On looking dispenser over I noticed a chip in the neck. It appears it was returned and resold to me. I hope this isn’t a practice with Wilcor. With the pump on it doesn’t show so I will keep it so it doesn’t keep going round and round.

Not worth the money
This product leaves black marks on your sink! And its not very sturdy!

Don't hesitate to buy!
This soap dispenser is a wonderful fit in my cabin bathroom. The pine cone detail on the back side is a bonus too. The detailing front and back makes it a pleasure to look at from any angle! I like that it does not move or tip forward using it as do several other dispensers. Being so satisfied with this item, I am buying a second one for my kitchen and using the pine cone side.

Very poorly made.
Very poorly made. Had a casting hole in the bottom. I had to clean it back out and fill the hole with super glue. Which was easier than returning it.

This is an attractive soap dispenser and works just fine. It fits in my mountain home like I wanted. Its hard to find attractive rustic and well made soap dispenser. I would recommend this to others.
