It gives good compression to your arm and also your elbow. If you want to Be a tight compression get a smaller size if you wanted to be more comfortable get a larger size. I was also able to wear this overnight while I was sleeping. It's very easy to maintain and wash as well. I received this item at a discounted rate for an honest and unbiased review.

I am a waitress and have been having some difficulties with my elbow. I was told that I should get a compression sleeve and this has honestly worked! This just slides on and is a nice thin sleeve where I do not sweat from wearing it but it gives the compression I needed to feel as though I was getting the much needed support. I ordered this product from an idea of a co-worker. I was originally going to purchase a Tommie Copper sleeve, but Amazon did not have my size and saw this. Obviously I cannot compare the two, but are glad I purchased this. I was recently diagnosed with tendinitis and it has been difficult lifting and/or even moving my arm in certain positions. However, this sleeve helps with the pain and better mobility. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend it.
