I had been considering buying a dash cam for some time and this unit with the added benefit of speed trap detection seemed to fit the bill. Fitting and setting up was relatively straight forward the power cable is long and it was easy to conceal and long enough to reach the power socket. Camera detection is neither particularly accurate of sophisticated it picks up any nearby camera whether it is on your side of the road or not and misses known local camera sites. My car has a very shallow sloping windscreen which seems to cause a lot of glare on the screen. I used the stick on fitting as it was neater, its annoying that the double sided foam is white rather than black which defeated the otherwise discrete installation.

Does what a dash cam does. It records and the quality is good. It picks up camera locations and the GPS speedo matches the phone. I bought it as it had "Built-in GPS tracking. Track all your journeys and provide crucial evidence of exactly where and when any incident or accident occurred". Yeah, but No. It does come with .map files which I assume contain GPS vs time data, except they are all 0kb. The "automatically write over old files" is turned on, but I still have 0b free left on the 32GB memory card. It has done this twice now. I needed it today. The last file written was 10 days ago. If you can live with - the annoyance of having to format your card yourself to empty it - not having GPS on the video or in a corresponding file - apparently not overwriting old files, so not recording all the time, but when it does, it does it well this is the camera you want.

Bought as a present husband delighted with it. No excuse for speeding now it shows your speed as your driving. Plus the added dash cam as well for added benefits

Neat and small fits alongside the rear view mirror out of the way. It has saved me getting nicked for going a couple of miles over the speed limit. Worth every penny.

I've had this dashcam since February 2021 it often didn't give me speed limit info but that was fixed by resetting. Other than that it worked perfectly for a little while. Then the buttons stopped working but I assumed it was still recording. I tried updating the camera but now it's completely dead and won't work. I know I've had it just under 2 years but you would have expected it to work for a lot longer considering the price. I won't be buying another.
