Sticks well to iPad cover with no indication of peeling off. And sleeve stays just toght enough, not too tight though, to hold Apple Pencil snugly.

Nice holder for Apple pencil
This is the exact product that I need to secure the Apple pencil for my older iPad Air 2nd. I placed the holder on near the top of the cover and it does not interfere with the functionality of the cover. Now I can pull the pencil out and use anytime, if desired. I would definitely recommend this.
