Once the warranty go out and it’s not gonna work !
I used this product for 2 years When the warranty went out on the DVR went out and ordered a new one it wouldn’t work with the cameras they want to buy cameras . I change to a different brand that doesn’t use a DVR and love it!

This is a DVR that should just be called DV and NO R
A DVR by definition is a "Digital Video Recorder", this item does not record because it does NOT come with something to record on, like a hard drive. Where in the product description does it say this?? What is the point of this thing, call it a DVnoR then!! I bought it but did not install for a few months, and then when it didn't work I held off calling due to other issues, finally I got in touch with the company where they told me that what I have is not a DVR, but something that could be a DVR, FU!

Quality 4K DVR
Device comes without a harddrive, so I add a 4 TB drive. Worked great and super easy setup providing you have either the DP 8 or DP 2 cameras and an Internet wired connection. My only concern was the system doesn’t have a a built-in fan to keep drive cool. Recommend installing a 30mm USB fan.

Its was super great . But I missed the part where it says no hard drive so unfortunately i had to return but other than that it worked perfect!!

Decent but older versions were better
Have and still use this. Bummer for the price it didn’t include a hard drive but had an extra one laying around.This newer version is more difficult than its previous versions.

Not worth the money
No manual to guide. No playback of videos and cannot find the old vids taped when you need to view activities.
