I was told my vitamin D was low so I started taking these every morning and when I went back for my checkup a few months later my levels were back in normal range which honestly surprised me because they are gummies. They taste good with barely any sugar which means I actually remember to take them unlike pills that I always forget about. Getting two bottles at once is a great deal and they last a long time. Gluten free and no gelatin which was important for me and I have had zero stomach issues taking them.
