Why does it tell you not to open but pics show it open?

I suspect that the rat has no difficulty in opening the package to get at the contents. I also suspect it is more likely to do so if it thinks the package is there by accident and can be carried to a suitable eating place to be consumed. The sachets are to be placed unopened and any picture that shows otherwise is to be ignored.

How often should I put down? All sachets have been eaten already!

I would replace them with new ones and give it a few days, sometimes the poison can take a few days to work. However, if they're still being eaten then it might be time call in some professional help!

My rats are in the loft. Would the rats die outside if I left the poison in the loft?

Ours were in the loft too. Horrible. I think they get thirsty after the poison so go outside again. I haven’t smelt anything nasty so I assume they’re not up there. They’d done after one day after putting the poison out.

Does this come in separate little bags or is the contents just in one bag

They come in 6 individual bags. Which we split into a further 6 portions wrapped in some cling film and the six portions spread around the area you think the rats are. Check each day and replace if necessary, try to place in a dry place.
