Painted glass!
The fact that this votive holder arrived broken is not why I gave it one star – although one would think that by this time they would've figured out a better way to package since others have received them broken. I posted a couple of pictures so you could see the scratches in the paint. This is not "green glass" as most of us expect to see green glass! It was a very poorly painted piece, especially around the thickest part of the base. My advice would be buyer beware. It is cute and if it were painted more convincingly, it would have gotten four stars. I did receive a fast refund from the seller!
