Gold Crown

I hope you buy this crown, it sparkles and is beautiful. It doesn't shift around or feel unstable on my head. The level of craftsmanship is frankly shocking considering the price. It looks really quality and I am frankly surprised by how nice it actually is. I know that most people who purchase this item are doing it for their wedding or for a costume accessory. Not Me. You know what? I needed a crown. I wanted to feel like a princess, and now I do. I wear this around my house while doing housework, while making myself dinner, while cleaning up after my dog. I see my reflection in the glass door of a cabinet or in the bathroom mirror as I carry a load of laundry through to the wash. I feel powerful. I feel like I could order "Off with their head!" and something would happen. (Not that I would issue such an order, its just nice to feel like someone would listen.) I like comparing myself to other famous crown wearers and consider how I am breathing the rarefied air that those of us worthy to wear crowns breathe. I feel a boost to my confidence and my overall self esteem. I cannot afford therapy, so this crown has saved me a lot of money on that front. Next I am looking for a sword to carry around when I have to make uncomfortable calls to customer service or when following up online with difficult people. Obviously I will not actually use the sword, but I do look forward to the strength and fortitude I will feel when I find the right one. If you are buying this crown for a school dance or a wedding I can recommend it completely - I wear it while mopping and vacuuming, it will not become uncomfortable on a special occasion.

I ordered this crown to wear on Halloween. I dressed up as Queen Lillian from Shrek. It looked beautiful and is very sturdy. It is made of metal – no plastic anywhere. I felt like if it had fallen off my head it would not have broken. Luckily that theory wasn’t tested. I got so many compliments on it! Highly recommend. Great value for the price!

I would have given it a perfect score but the combs wouldn’t stay planted. I’m a black womanly who wore a full sew in that day and I couldn’t even get it to stick to a track. It kept popping up and wanted to stay on top. But that was easily fixed with jumbo Bobby pins- worked like a charm all night. It’s nice and heavy, great material used and it stands out. Doesn’t look gaudy at all!!! I would buy this for a friend for sure. Highly recommend. But if you want it to stay in your hair- have Bobby pins on hand.

It arrived early, so it came while I was out of town. I was surprised that it was packed in some packing paper inside a large envelope with little protection, but this tiara is substantial, so it didn't seem too vulnerable. The time I lost when it arrived early mattered because I lost time to open it. When I got home, I went through all the stacked up mail, then opened this, quickly realized what it was and set it aside. I finally got back to it about 10 days later and took it out of the wrapping. One of 5 solders (where the tiara attaches to the metal headband was broken). Upon trying it on, the solder next to it broke too. And the headband is a thicker metal that requires some bending to fit properly, so I am super nervous about trying to mold it to fit. The odd part is, this tiara is SO sturdy, that the broken part of the headband is currently the only reason it fits at all to try on. The remaining soldered areas are so un-pliable, that the sturdiness is a problem. I don't have time to play with it now, but I am hoping to carefully mold the headband without any further incident. It really is a stunning tiara...but it might take some work to make it wearable without risking breaking it more (resulting in something no longer wearable). What I really have to decide is how to fix it if it breaks apart more. A slightly thinner metal headband would have probably been the best solution, but we are way past that. Here hoping I can finesse this to work out well!!!

I purchased 11 COCIDE Gold Tiara and Crown for the Christmas season. I then made sure all the women in my life received this gift. I shared this gift with women from 21 to 73. Each woman was a bit taken aback and so pleased with this Tiara. This Tiara Crown was a true surprise and delight to each one of them. One woman told me this was the Best Christmas Gift she had received and thanked me several times. It does have a nice weight and is BEAUTIFUL. Jackie C

My 11 year old used this as part of her costume and it was fabulous! Looks glamorous and high quality. It was not uncomfortable and fit great.

It's pretty small. I have a small head as it is and it's really tight. This might be meant for children. But it's a very nice tiara. Worth it if you have a small small head
