Bright and reliable
I purchased this for my son's 2004 Chevy Silverado. He recently put window tint on his windows and made it difficult to see at night with his reverse lights on the tail lights. These lights are very bright and adjustable so you can point more towards the ground or straight out for distance with the adjustment on the bracket. You can also turn the lights to the right or left as you prefer. Installation - as others have mentioned, the bracket didn't fit around the hitch...on the outside. That is due to the chain loops. Our truck has a factory hitch and and the end of that is under the truck had just enough room to install these lights. I actually like how the lights now sit under the bumper. The chain loops very slightly block the lights, but they are so bright it is plenty of visibility. Also, as others have mentioned, the wires to the lights are short, but I used some short scrap pieces of wire to have enough to get to the trailer plug to tap into the reverse light wire. I just grounded the black wire to a piece of metal and it all worked perfectly. I would also note that there was no installation instructions included with this light, but there are some YouTube videos that help. I have purchased other Nilight products and they have all been good quality. I would recommend, but know that if the bracket doesn't fit around your hitch, you may have to get creative.

Looks and works great
First, this will NOT fit a 2019 RAM Warlock because of the trailer chain hookups. However, I was able to make a 1/8" spacer that fits around the ball mount square tubing and mount the lights there. Doing it this way requires mounting the lights on top of the bracket, which is fine for me. I think it looks good. I wired them into the 7-pin trailer hookup. There is a YouTube video that explains how to do this, and it's super easy. Great Product for the price!

Nice and bright - but doesn't fit my hitch - so I made it fit
The hitch on my '01 RAM is 2.5", and the bracket is supposed to fit, but it doesn't. My hitch does have a flange on it, and I also have a brake light housed in it. This is how I keep this unit in place, using the brake light to hold it in. The lights could be better. The wires are cheap, and too short. Adding more wire to these was just like mush. In addition, I didn't want to cut into my backup light wires, so I found another way. I connected the black wire to a good ground on the truck, and ran the red wire to my 7-pin trailer connector - the one in the center (most ports will label each pin on the outside cover - and the center pin is generally for reverse lights). A word of caution, make sure the battery is disconnected when you make the pin connection, and use a good female connector (you will likely have to bend the connector open a bit to make it fit over the pin). Also, wrap the connecter well with electrical tape to make sure there is no contact with any other pins, and fits tightly on the reverse light pin. Some other reviewers have mentioned that these light pods retain water, which is unfortunate, and I suppose I'll see if it happens when it rains. One option is to coat the edges with silicone. I just didn't see anywhere other than the front lens cover to seal. I still like these lights, and the bracket, but wish it was a better fit.

A LITTLE MODIFICATION REQUIRED FOR MY APPLICATION
Selected used but excellent condition. Original packaging torn open and in a bag in a Amazon box. Missing hardward cost me $6.25. Don't they inspect the Item before offering it for sale? To fit my 2023 Colorado had to modify the brackets. I cut the larger piece at the top center line of the hitch opening into 2 pcs. And remove about 1/2" off the top and ground a bevel to conform the the weld on the hitch on all pieces. Had to drill 2 newholes for light mounting to gain side clearance and installed it. Electrical: I tapped into the RH tail light for power. After all that it performed better than I expected.

Lights a very bright and tough. Love them.
The lights are plenty bright. I put it on my 2023 GMC Sierra. I realized some people drilled more holes. I was going to do that but then I realized I had to flip the frame put the short side on top of the hitch, it allowed more room for me to properly put the light on the bottom. My chrome bumper stuck out like 2 inches. I'm getting a L-bracket 3 inches long to put the lights on top of the hitch. I had bought plenty of extra wire to run it to my auxillary switch panel in the cab so I can use them lights when I want. The other day I put the switch on to back up in the dark and forget to shut them off. A little bit later down the road I noticed I forgot to turn it off. DUH! But now I'm going to tap into the reverse light on the trailer 5/6pin connection for reverse to automatically come on when reverse. Check clarence from hitch to bumper. May need L-bracket as an extender.

Do not buy
1. The lights didn’t cast well behind truck and not bright enough. ( I wasn’t surprised. 60w? ) 2. If you have a receiver that is 3” on your truck it will not mount to the truck. End up using it on the hitch instead. 4. The light housing on both lights leaked water into the lights. ( this is where the light is not worth buying. ) 5. Amazon has you email the company and I have yet to get a email back from them.

Work great and fit my 2025 Silverado 1500.
Had these delivered today and after a few hours, I got them installed. They didn't come with instructions, but they are fairly simple to figure out. Most of my install time was due to figuring out the wiring, as this set doesn't come with with ANY. Luckily, I had some handy. They do exactly what they claim and they help me see better at night for sure. I recommend them. Just be aware that you will need extra wire and some splicing equipment.
