Q: Does it comes with screws for the brushes?

No, there are no screws. I used the screw that were with the old brushes.

Q: Will this work for the v9e model vacuum? I can't seem to find these filters anywhere.... Please help...

Maybe, but my guess is they would be too small for any vacuum cleaners out there?
