Im 145 lbs and normally wear US medium. Should i by that size or buy a large?

I recommend a large if your the guy that likes a little room. However if you prefer fitted then by all means stick to your size!

I'm not sure how large they go. But the medium fit me exactly with no extra room for a turtleneck or a sweater.

No it does not. This jacket looks really good but it did not fit me personally right. I returned the jacket and got a large, and that also did not fit me correctly.
