The wrist brace is working perfectly and is helping the pain and numbness from carpal tunnel problem. Their customer service is outstanding . I was concerned about being able to return it if I ordered the wrong size and I did end up ordering one too small and they took care of it immediately with absolutely no hassle.

This is a heavy duty brace! I think it would be better for someone that needs more of a splint from a sprain not just needing extra support.

i have another wrist one from this company. This one i took out the hard plastic piece that goes from inner palm to wrist just because i didn't need that extra support
