Where are these toys made? can someone answer if it's pvc or bpa free?

I have no idea. The figures are made out of a hard plastic substance, but because they are used with preschoolers and not babies, I haven't had to be worried about the kids putting them in their mouths.

There is no indication on any of the packaging that it is PVC free.

What is the size of the sail?

As I recall it is about 6x8. In. However using it with 4 yr old kids the place it attaches to the mast broke the first time they plsyed with it

How big are the figures?

3-4 inches tall. Just right for little hands. My wife uses it in her 3yr old preschool class. They love it.
