Does the metal wire for earring is movable?

It’s on a hinge so it can open just as the front cover does. However the front cover doesn’t open flat so it can be difficult if you have a ton of earrings to fill the entire thing.

How do I hang it on my wall? Is it a heavy object to hang?

No it’s not heavy at all! It has 2 holes in the back to hang on screws (that comes with it) everything you need comes with it except the tools. It’s like hanging a photo frame

Are the necklace hooks glued in?

I am not sure. I assumed they were screwed in. I can tell you I haven't had any problems with them coming down. I have different weights and sizes hanging from them and no problems.

Can it hold the long necklace?

I hang my long necklaces on the bottom.
