Living in FL there are always palm trees to be trimmed and I'm not of the type to use a manual pruner. I few steps up the ladder, a few pushes of the trigger and I'm done.

Have not been able to get the battery to charge. Received this morning and has charged most of the day but doesn't run the saw.Fixed the battery by opening it up and fixed the connection it wasn't attachedrun it for several go arounds and then it quit. no longer works

The chainsaw is easy to use. No gas to mess with, just charge battery and use. It does use oil & the chain will need to be tightened sometimes.

No hand guard. Came with a nice case but you have to take it apart to store it in the case. I’m sending it back due to safety and storage.

Drains oil a bit, otherwise great to use.

OMG!!! WHERE TO START!!!Fantastic little WOOD EATING MACHINE, WOW!!I would highly recommended this equipment to anybody!Every self-supporting female should put this baby on their wish list.

We are missing the cap for the oil. Very hard to understand the minimal directions. Also, adjusting the blade and chain we find difficult. Lining up the screws and bolts to close the cover almost impossible.

It's great,just what I needed to do the jobs I had in mind when I ordered it!
