I only used with the PS5 but there are adjustments for side tone on the pc app which would apply use on the pc so you should be able to adjust how much you hear yourself speak on pc

Do these work with the xbox series s/x?

It works using the supplied 3.5mm wired cable but not with the wireless capability as yet
