As a few people have mentioned when reviewing the case, the Lian-Li PC-O11 has one minor fault; the motherboard sits a bit low in the case, and can get in the way of the bottom headers. The front panel's USB3.0 plug is a large, moulded plug which would not fit with the Lian-Li ST120 fans fit in the bottom.I ordered the "Interface Faces Outward" version and it was quite simple to plug in with the cable feeding straight down and under the board through the cut-out to the back.Absolutely perfect for what I needed and functionality is spot so far - a real life saver.For reference, the relevant hardware shown is as follows:Case: Lian-Li PC-O11 Dynamic ATX Full Tower CaseFans: Lian-Li ST120 High Static Pressure FansMotherboard: MSI Z590 Gaming Carbon Wifi

If anyone else has experienced the pain of trying to fit the USB Header cable from the Front panel, then this cable eases that pain. Does exactly what I needed it to do, and cheaply too, as there are many alternatives for a lot more!Make sure to get the right orientation.

Worked perfectly for tidying up the cable management

Anyone that has built their own PC knows the horror that is "what to do with the front panel USB 3.0 cable?" This is adapter is a really good idea! It would have made cable management so much simpler, all nice and tidy but I could not get this working. Windows knew that the USB device was connected but as soon as I tried transferring data I had a whole host of problems. Constant disconnections from the external drive, to the external drive being no longer compatible with Windows and wouldn't even show in 'Disk Management'.I have gone back to just a USB 3.0 right angle header.I really wanted this to work because the cable management was SO MUCH better but unfortunately it didn't.FYI make sure you get the correct layout of the header on your M/B. Double check your M/B manual and look where the notch is on your M/B 😄

My bottom radiator was taking up space so I had to sacrifice the front two USB ports. However, now with this adaptor, the bend radius allows me to connect the front USB ports.

Only gave a 3 start rating as the 90 angle that connects to motherboard is the wrong way round for me, but works as it was intended to.

With this adapter I can now plug in my usb header on my motherboard (B550 Carbon wifi) without flexing the connector and having the cable going near my fans blade. It's a perfect fit and every port on my front pannel is still working great. Perfect solution for Lian Li O11 builds with bottom fans!

Ottima soluzione per case dove il case ha il connettore standard che risulta parecchio lungo nella parte del connettore per il mio vecchio Lian-Li 011 ha risolto il problema del connettore che toccava sulle ventole nel fondo del case, il cavo e molto buono il prezzo di 10 euro poteva stare benissimo a 7 o 6 euro ma va bene cosi per ora tutto bene funzionano bene anche le usb. ps: se dovessero esserci problemi aggiorno la recensione per ora si merita 5 stelle in qualità e 4 in prezzo.
