Liquid NPK+M | 500ml Bottles | Highly Concentrated Aquarium Plant Fertilizer for Demanding Planted Tanks

Having sand and a eco system seemed impossible until I was referred to NicloG fertilizer. By far the best purchase for my planted aquarium. At first a review threw me. But I soon found out that if you shake the bottle before each use, that's how you dose the proper balance. Not only that, I am choosing to use a children's medicine dropper, because I'm dosing a 20g low tech tank. More than 1.5ml my nitrates get extremely high. Leading to a early reset. I've added a lot of plants, since my order in May. But all my plants have truly thrived since adding this fertilizer to my daily regiment. I dose at exactly 3pm every day at 1.5 ml of each alternate days, I reset on Sunday. This fertilizer took my planted tank to a whole different level! Sometimes 5 new leaves a day. Absolutely wonderful product. I added a front view of when I started and a front and side views of now. Granted I've added a lot more plants hopefully I will be increasing my dosage.

This is gold! I've used other fertilizers and this one blew them out of the water! In 1 week I noticed a change in my current feeders. Hell! Even one of my betta bulbs that died came back to life.( all the leaves had melted) I love the simplicity, potent and effectiveness of this product. The only con is that it was not enough for my 55G. However, the 1st buy was just a test if you will. Now I know it works, so I will buy in bulks. I highly recommend this product for any current feeder plant. I did not see any particles in my liquid fertilizer as other's have claimed. Cheers!

Ok after a while of using this fert, I can finally give it an honest review. I think it’s a good product. For those who have a balanced tank and can recognize what’s going on in their aquarium. It’s a concentrated formula so I would definitely advise caution and not use more than it’s recommended. I. The most likely scenario half of the amount is really needed unless you have crazy amounts of light. I do like it. I think it’s well balanced. One think I don’t like about it it’s the bottles and the dosing pumps. My macro bottle was getting covered with fert salts because it was not well made and kept getting wet during applications. Terrible. I poured everything to my empty bottles of ADA fertilizer which I religiously saved after I used the original content. Now that’s a well made pump. I’ve been reusing them for years and they still work great. No wetness, no messy salt residue and the dose is always exact. Why can’t we make quality dosing pumps? Everything made here looks and feels like it was made in a garage out of old shampoo bottles. Please change the container and dosing pump supplier. It’s terrible.

I got into the world of heavily planted Aquariums just this past December (2015). I planted my tank heavily and noticed in a few days that my plants were showing deficiencies despite using another brand of fertilizer available at most pet stores. NilocG ferts came highly recommended and I didn't feel like dealing with dry ferts to mix my own. I'm just not that focused. These bottles fit the bill perfectly. I started dosing them once a week as per the low tech directions but my light is pretty high and the plants needed more. I consulted with Colin at NilocG and he said I could probably dose the full amount even without CO2. That is what I have done since and the plants look fantastic. The customer service is great as well. I get a prompt response to any questions or concerns I have. I would never go back to the white bottle stuff.

Having used this product for over 3 weeks now, I can attest that my aquatic plants are growing nicely; however, aquarium hobbyists should carefully follow the recommended dosage per gallon. Excess application of this product will lead to excess algae in your aquarium quickly, which will take time to correct. I treat 6 days on/ 1 day off each week and am seeing fresh growth from the bottom of all my plants. With this being my first ever planted aquarium, I am *very pleased*.

This Product Killed All My Fish :"( I followed the instructions carefully, but soon after using this product my fish died! $200 worth of fish and years of raising them are now dead! I should’ve headed the warnings from the other reviews. This product is probably good for a planted tank with no fish. But if you love your fish, don’t use this product in their tank. :,( If you love your fish, stay away from this product!
