Little loose, but otherwise good
These clamps do a fine job. I actually used these to glue wood together for a project on the lathe. My only issue with them was the shaft can be a little loose and squirrely, but I have to solely chock that up to "you get what you pay for." That said, once you get it settled and tight they hold well. I was pretty happy with my purchase.

cheap simple C clamps
Simple C Clamps. Decent quality.

Light use clamps, not for heavy use.
Serve a purpose but very cheap. Calling these heavy duty is a stretch. Bolts are very loose and feel as though they will strip with moderate pressure. For me, they do serve a purpose but if you need something that will get heavy use, spend more money because these will absolutely snap with anything beyond occasionally light use.

Clamp seem to be made of good quality metal and are very strong. Nothing flimsy about them.
