This has helped tremendously at bringing my blood work “within normal levels” also helped improving my TSH. My kidneys and liver are perfect. This has even helped with my blood pressure.

This supplement did seem to help with my digestion and sleep, but I must be sensitive to one of the ingredients because I started getting headaches every night after I took it. The headaches stopped when I stopped taking it. I actually took it for a couple months before I realized that the headaches coincided with taking the supplement. I do often get headaches, but not every day normally. I did some research and found that the article and/or turmeric can cause headaches in some people. If you’re not sensitive to those then I would definitely recommend this supplement.

Works as advertised but order well in advance because it’s going to take a while to get there.

Helps with what may have been pain from gall bladder stones. My husband will periodically have intense, painful attacks from what we believe are gallbladder stones. The doctors confirmed there were stones, but did not suggest any action. Taking these supplements daily, have reduced the occurrence of the attacks, without any other change in diet or exercise. Did not impact weight.

Great product great service

So I’ve been taking this product for a good 6 months. In January of 2026 my GFR which is a measure of how well your kidneys filter blood was a 57, very abnormal, after taking for 6 months I went for my 6 months check up on June 8th and my GFR was a 90 which is very normal and my doctor was very happy I Highly recommend this product

My liver enzymes were doubled and now they are normal excellent drug

I’m almost a week into to using Active Liver on a 1 month trial so I will update after then, so far #2 is every morning when waking up. I’ve had to start taking Active Liver at dinner time when I first started I tried in the morning but an hour later it was like my allergies are terrible all day so decided to try later in the day and not be bothered with allergy symptoms thru the day - will update when I’m done this 30 day package.

I gave a five rating; however, I should wait until I finish the three packages that I bought to see if I see any results, as it's been only a week.
