So Pleased!! Well Made and Affirdable!
I bought this for a couple reasons. The main one being to see if it could assist me in doing ground (straight, no incline) push-ups. IT DID!! I put on both harnesses it came with to have two points of contact and looped the bungee through my ceiling hook where my aerial silks already use. I did ten push-ups easy peazy. It's affordable, comes with two harnesses (vest and waist), a storage/carry bag, a hand bar, and the bungee, as described. I highly recommend! I wish the vest harness had more ways to adjust for snugness, but I won't take any points away for that.

Meets my needs
Acquistion of this allowed me to mimic resistance used at PT for rehabbing a knee surgery. It comes with a harness type connection but really only needs to be worn around the waist for this type of exercise. I insert one end on the insde knob of a door and then close it with a locking latch to prevent to door from inaderdently opening when under tension.

Awful.
Parts broke during resistance training and the band hit me, which really hurt! Terrible quality and performance. would not recommend! No value for the money and dangerous.

Amazing to use as a cheaper option product is mason but the clips seem cheaply made and did not last long especially since I was mainly using for kids and not adults

Terrible Quality . . .Don't Waste Your Time and Money
The quality on these is terrible! We used them once and had more than half of them break. It was dangerous, people got hurt! The time for a return had expired so now we are out the money and we don't have a usable product. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Cation on the belt
Band was great however the clip broke for the waist broke once tension was applied causing the band to snap back at the fixed point.

Compre este artículo con mucha ilusión. Al principio parecía todo correcto y a la hora de correr con él se despegó uno de los cierres y le ocasionó a mi cliente una lesión leve y un gran moratoon. Producto de muy poca calidad, parece del chino.. no volveré a comprar de esta casa...
