MEISTER JAPAN Samurai Figure Hideyoshi Red Armor 8.3" w/Katana & Case

Nice. Good detail. Sword is real metal

I really like this model, especially the katana sword is very nice, it’s real metal.

Love this product very nice fast shipping

A really interesting figure with plenty of detail. Additional information about the flags and the clans of the samurai was a bonus. Will consider purchasing others in this collection.

So it is easy to assemble and looks great on my bookshelf. The model is pretty detailed and I am pretty sure this is the start of a new collection now that I've seen it. My only complaint is that the walls of the display are very thin and are held in place with double sided tape. This I imagine will make it very susceptible to permanent damage so I advise to limit its exposure to falling damage as much as possible, perhaps even put it on a middle shelf, as cats will get to the top shelf and knock it down every time.

Very nice! For that price, you will get a lot! Although the scale is not indicated, the sword should be 1/6. It is same size as other 1/6 Japanese swords I have. The blade is made of stainless steel, not die-cast or plastic. The blade even has "Hamon". I just hoped they used the matt paint on the handle of the sword instead of gloss paint. I guess I'm being to picky on that. But other than that, I'm totally satisfied. Detail on "Tsuba" is a big plus. The armor's scale is, I would say about 1/7 scale. So the sword is slightly larger than the armor scale wise but I think it is better for the display. Overall, absolutely 5 stars!

I bought it for my son and he loved it.

I wasn't expecting a collector-level piece and even though the figure itself is really nice, the display case is this cheap, wobbly plastic like you'd see as part of a toy box that you'd throw away. In fact, I had to order a replacement because the display case of the first one arrived completely warped out of shape. The top and bottom of the display is a high grade hard plastic so why is the part that you actually have to look at so cheap? The figure, the banner and the swords are nice enough but that display case... come on! Not pleased!

Item good in details But arrived damaged display case

Excellent product, love it , A must have for those who understand & love the Japanese culture

I recently bought this after having a huge fascination on samurai. It is now one of my prized possessions in my home. Its very nice, and it comes with lots of detail. Also included with this is a poster of all the different samurai you can collect. It comes with a display case with a bit of clear plastic (which you cant see in the picture). Shipping was god speed fast, and I am very happy with my purchase. Definitely worth it.
