This is great for supplementing for omega oils. The capsules are made out of a hard casing, so there isn't a fishy smell when swallowing. Also, the capsules are not too big, so it is convenient to digest. It also has a neutral taste.

Order handling needs improvement.
I ordered 3 bottles of same. Received 2 of OptiDHA and a bottle of something else. No time to do the return, which is the whole point of internet purchases. I am reluctant to order on this site again. Hard to understand as bottles are not even same size and product names entirely different.
