There is a delay that I don’t think they mention on here, the blue light comes on but it doesn’t light, hold it still facing down and then move it slowly, it’s got some sort of sensor that turns the light off if it’s moved too fast or at least mine does (or a loose wire lol, who knows)

It is nice and compact, will use it for everything.

I followed all the directions. Brand new batteries. Tried using the USB. The power light comes on with the usb but no light from the bulbs. And the power light goes out. I bought 3 of these. 2 were christmas presents that I already wrapped! Now what!!???

This TruVU liight does not stay on. Batteries sound loose in n handle so light goes on and off much. I have two-one different brand and works more effectively. We used on rooms handles bedding and furniture while traveling-staying in motels for peace of mind. Would not buy this one again.

Received and gifted two defective units.. Customer service promptly replaced both and second set works well enough. I redacted my original review for a positive and helpful review. These are small and easily fit in my wife's purse and small briefcase or backpack. Thank you for great customer service. Hopefully all the defective units are gone. Best Regards

Too weak. I wanted to use it to scan over a restaurant table. It is easier to bring my own wipes and wipe the entire table in 30 seconds instead of one small spot in the same time. Not practical.
