Essenza Tangerine & Strawberry 12x330ml

I bought all three flavours and the Morello Cherry was the best one. It had a recognisable but not too sweet cherry flavour which I liked. I couldn’t really taste the pomegranate but out of the three flavours I would buy this one again. I’m not too keen on the lemon flavour. I honestly thought that would be my favourite but it had a slightly bitter chemical flavour rather than a fresh lemon flavour that I was expecting. The tangerine was my least favourite. Quite a strange synthetic taste and tangerine and strawberry is not a combination I would choose. I’m a bit disappointed as I was expecting to love all of them.

I've always been a huge fan of S.Pellegrino and their products, so I was really excited to see the new Essena range and the Tangerine & Strawberry is definitely my favourite flavour. In essence, the new range is all about combing natural mineral water to quench your thirst, carbon dioxide for the fizz and natural fruit flavourings for the taste in one simple, delicious and healthy drink which S.Pellegrino has managed to do beautifully. The drink has a lovely subtle fruit smell and flavour, with a good amount of fizz while having just two calories in a whole can, with no added sugars or sweeteners, something that could not have been easy to achieve. It's a great alternative to normal fizzy drinks which are usually filled with chemicals, sugar and sweeteners, giving you delicious fruity flavour and fizz that's much more fun than drinking pure water al the time. Greatly recommended for anyone and everyone, you won't be disappointed no matter which flavour you try first.

This is really pleasant when you are a bit bored of just drinking water. The flavour is subtle, perhaps a little too subtle but I have really enjoyed it and it's been a nice refreshing drink, especially when very cold. I've knocked off a star as I think I would prefer the flavour to be just that little bit more intense and/or with a tiny bit of sweetness to it. Also nice as used as a mixer but this is also when it could do with having a stronger flavour.

This is a beautiful product in my opinion best serve chilled on a hot summers day! Only negative would be their is not enough in the can as the moment them beautiful flavors hit, the can is almost empty. The mixture of fruits are definitely the over-riding flavors here but that’s not to the drink’s detriment. It really does taste like a flavoured drink, not just a fizzy water with the vaguest hint of fruit.

I didn't expect something quite as light in flavour as this? I didn't think it would be as strong as their standard fruit flavoured products but this just has some of the aroma but hardly any flavour! Even my wife who dislikes stronger flavours called it "uninspiring"? Fine for some I'm sure but I won't drink it again unless it's free? A reasonable mineral water with some peel left in over night would do just as well?

The product itself doesn't taste like much but it's only lightly flavoured so bear that in mind. I got Tangerine and strawberry flavour. The issue was most of the tins were pretty dented with one the top was raised so I wouldn't risk drinking it.

As a T total, as in I don’t drink alcohol I love love love these drinks, I have lost weight due to swapping from fizzy popular non alcohol drinks. Took me a little encouragement at first as doesn’t have that chemical sweetness we have all be weaned on. But delicious once taste buds are educated, only took one or two cans to re-educate taste buds. If you like attention, draws people to ask Oh what are you drinking ? Looks like expensive FIZZ ?????

Super refreshing sparkling water without any unhealthy sugar or sweetners added. Would deffo buy again and a great shaped tall can for holding.
