I have fallen arches and require a custom insole. However, the custom ones cost me $375 and wore out in three months (I am a server). These are about 90% as effective as my custom ones and can be replaced every four months (although I have gone six months without issues)! I showed them to my foot surgeon and he approved. ***These provide full arch support: if you have never worn inserts like this before, you have to start slow and give your feet time to adjust. An hour a day at first, then gradually increase, per the advice of my doctor***

Highly comfortable for my high arches that ached from long days at work. They tend to last a decent while before they need to be swapped for a new set. The high arch support is nice and it fits decently in my larger size 13 shoes. Trimming them down a bit was needed on one set of shoes I use them in, but that was pretty easy with good scissors. They look pretty good in the shoe and are easy to use and slip in to shoes. Would buy again, especially when they go on sale.

I have only tried these for two days so I can give you only beginning thoughts. The soles are lightweight and rather stiff. They are warm and toasty. It was easy to remove and replace them with the new soles. I found the soles to be very supportive. I have a sore heel that is taking a long time to heal so I bought very supportive soles to ease the pain. It has definitely decreased heel pain and the heel fits snugly into the shaped heel and the padding is adequate. I have flat feet so I feel that my feet hurt a bit until they conform into the shape of the insole. After that, no problem. I feel that these are quality insoles and will last a year or more. Good cushioning and heel pain relief so far.

These are true to size and we wear them in ALL of our shoes. We have high arches and plantar fasciitis, these have been a game changer. Pain relief in the first week. Quality, great value, comfortable while giving correct support and easy to clean if needed.

These are ok. Doesn’t help for metatarsal pain. Arch is good.

My feet feel so good I totally forgot that I bought these. That's how well they work. But enough of the sales pitch. I was expecting the usual rubber inserts and was surprised when these arrived. They are as light as Styrofoam but are rigid for more pronounced support. My next surprise was how perfectly these slid into my Sketchers wide shoes. Like they were tailor made, I swear. No breaking in, at least for me. No discomfort. In fact, just the opposite -- instant relief in the arches and ankles. I would have liked a higher ridge on the inner heels to better help with pronation, but this is a great start and SO much cheaper than real orthotics.

These arch support are great. I ordered more. Extremely comfortable. They really help. I even put one in my slippers. So comfortable walking around my house even though my house is all carpeting. I know I'll purchase these in the future. Purchase one & you'll see for yourself. As an additional comment, I take a size 11 but buy 10 1/2. They fit perfectly in my shoes & definitely in my slippers. Thanks

I don’t have arch support issues, but my heels usually hurt very badly when I walk. However, these feel Amazing. I literally feel so grateful I found these—as strange as it sounds, I forgot what it felt like to walk without pain 🥹 The heel portion of the insert is pretty high from what I imagined. I’m fact, when I first put it on, my foot came slightly out of the shoe lol. But as the day went on, I either didn’t notice it happening again or it legit stopped somehow. Either way, my feet didn’t feel sore like the usually do. These babies are a game changer

Son has flat feet and this is one of the only insoles that have helped with how foot pain.

The arch support is not as "solid" as I was expecting it to be, support is too soft. The middle bump is too high, under the ball rather than lower, where it should be. Alright for price, but not really what I was after.

The insoles has low support, I am dissapointed and bought another type for same money 3/4 lenth and they are great. Do not spend money, search another one.
