How can I make my gloss shinier?

You can try using small amounts of a compatible neutral oil or larger flake size for pigments. The bigger the size of the pigment particle, the more light it will reflect.

Can put the gel on your face?

If you want . I wouldn’t though because it’s not that type of gel
