No, however, the installation is quite simple. You will need a drill machine to make 4 holes in the wall, and a screw driver.

how much weight it can handle??

I've hung a lot of clothes, that is, on the full length of 10 feet and haven't faced any problems.

You need to unscrew a small screw on the side of the thing. Then a small metal plate will be extracted. You have to fix that small plate in the wall using 2 screws. Once done, please fix the main gadget in the plate. There's a lock mechanism in that. Later on, tighten the small screw in the side again.

It is a great product to have in room and especially in a rainy season , the functionality is great to , their appearance is fine to it does not highlight too much , the durability is quite good , the size is small . The retraction is great to but the size of the straight is quite short.
