Forgot it was on me
I was surprised at how comfortable this holster is. when I received this I was surprised at how light weight it was. I put it on for the day and loaded my weapon and mag. I like that it is ambidextrous and does not slip. it will be interesting to see if it gets sweaty when things get warm again. any way wore it all day, came home ansan in a comfy chiair and fell asleep fo a bit, I forgot I was wearing it. so far vey happy indeed.

Does not pinch or embed in to skin. Great strength in materials.
Great quality, holds very nice. Fits my 43x and S&W Sheild 45 both perfectly. I am right handed so it's on my right leg which puts the mag pouch in the rear of the holster below the grip. Small short mags are fine but, any plus 1 or two mags make it slightly difficult to draw with a full purchase on the grip. I carry the plus size mags in a pocket when needed.

Good comfort but secure strap needs adjustability.
Comfortable fit. Only flaw I can tell is regarding the firearm secure strap. The strap is not adjustable so if you have a smaller firearm, there is some play in the tension of the strap. I carry a Glock 42 and the play is more evident than if it were a Glock 43. An adjustable strap would be preferred.

Excellent fit for the ankle but needs adjustment and changes to make it perfect.
I got the large version as I have Flintstone calves. It is extremely comfortable and truly fits perfectly. I am right handed, 6'0" and 250 Lbs. with a 38" waist and 31" inseam. I am carrying a Kimber Micro 9 which fits excellently in the holster. I honestly could not be happier with the fit and feel of this ankle holster. The reasons I gave it a 3 and not a 5: 1) The magazine pouch is placed behind the gun handle and this seems to interfere with me getting a good initial grip on the pistol until I wrangle it out. This should be moved to to other side of the gun for right-handed folks. To mitigate this, I revolved the holster so the magazine lines up more with my Achilles tendon such that is is out of the way of drawing the pistol. 2) The retention straps for BOTH the pistol and the magazine are way too long and there is no way to adjust the length of the retention strap to the button snap. Not sure the best way to mitigate this other than a) take it to a shop that can cut the length and put a new snap on place or b) twist the strap till it actually fits correctly or c) sew the strap together so it can actually retain the pistol as it should. I will wear this for a couple weeks and update this review with further information.

It does what is expected....
.... and while that might seem like a less than stellar review, that's no small feat for those who conceal carry. I may add or revise my review down the road, as I've only tested this holster with one of my home defense\concealed in purse firearms, which is a S&W 9mm and not my purpose for the holster. I'm awaiting a Glock 42, which is much smaller and lighter for my petite frame. However, if I was comfortable with the much larger, much heavier 9mm, I feel confident that the holster will perform well with the Glock 42. I have to say that for me, the 9MM is not concealed with this holster, but that is NOT the fault of the holster; repeat NOT due to the holster. I'm a petite 4'5" tall (not a typo and yes, I'm an over 50 adult), so the greater than 7" long over 22 ounce weapon is an enormous calf\ankle bulge. But I can move from building to building on my property throughout a full day, with my firearm safely, securely, effortlessly, and comfortably traveling with me at every moment. The holster fits me at 4'5" tall 83lbs and also my 5'10" 210lb husband, although slightly tight for him.

Comfy and good value
I’ve probed wearing without a firearm a few times and it takes no time at all to forget it’s there. Breathes well and flexes so you stay comfy and confident. Can’t think of any way to improve, except the latching belt is a little long, but I wrap behind and over and it’s snug and perfect.
