Defective Part - Tray #2 Pickup Roller
Ordered the roller kit and the new tray #2 pickup roller is defective and misses picking up the paper about 50% of the time. All parts were installed and different paper was tried. Cleaned other rollers and that made no difference. Installed the original roller and that works better than the new one in the kit. Tried working directly with the vendor but never received a replacement. Stuff happens with parts manufacturing but poor customer service doesn't help build a business. I'll not make another purchase from this vendor. Update 5/30/21 Was contacted by a different customer service rep and they are sending a replacement kit that will hopefully solve the problem.

Missing Roller, otherwise decent
Ordered two kits, one was missing the pickup roller. Also, no instructions but that's not a big deal.

Maintenance kit to the rescue
Had a P2035 that was not feeding paper. Bought this kit (which has everything you need including a pair of gloves) and installed the kit without any issues at all. Did have to google a bit to figure out how to replace one of the parts but took about 15 mins total.

This maintenance kit is worth buying if you need a replacement. It's very precisely made. Everything fits and works perfectly. I think the rubber parts are also quite durable.
