I bought this plaque as a gift for my best friend. He loved it! If you purchase this you get EXACTLY what is pictured. The plaque I got is pictured above (faces blacked out for privacy). It has great image quality. You can customize it with whatever you want too, I chose to add a "Happy Birthday" message. Everything is super clear in the product description. I know the text is a bit different than what is actually on spotify, but that wasn't a huge deal for me because the price is great in comparison to other brands that make similar plaques (around $50-60). Overall, the product description is very clear and the customizing process is easy and straightforward. Another note: the shipping estimate given when you checkout is accurate, mine actually came a day early! Expect what you pay for.

Was really excited to get this for my gf. Unfortunately when I received this, there was a blue sharpie mark on the glass covering the custom picture that was on the product. The glass itself isn't very clear and the pictures on the page for the product do not do this justice at all. I am very upset with this purchase. Really hope the quality of this product improves for future buyers. The most disappointing part of the gift is the blue sharpie mark on the glass.. Completely ruins the gift...

I just received my product and I’m not pleased at all with first it took forever to get to me and it was some other type writing in it that I did not include and it just looks terrible. I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for 🤷🏽‍♀️. I gift that was supposed to be perfect and nice ended up as a hot mess. Thanks anyway you guys tried
