Great case for my tab S7
It took me a while to find actually find a case on Amazon for a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 that came with a keyboard. I know I could have just bought any case that would fit, and then bought a separate keyboard, but I wanted a case that was made to accommodate a keyboard so that I didn't have to carry around 2 separate pieces. I really like this case. It's great looking, very sturdy, and is lightweight even with the keyboard in place. I also like that the keyboard is removable and not permanently attached, this way I don't have to carry it if I'm not going to use it and it's not in the way when I'm reading ebooks or using my tablet for drawing or hand writing. The keyboard is good quality, the buttons are hard plastic and not those terrible squishy silicone buttons that some tablet keyboards have. I really like that the case has magnetically holds the keyboard in place so it doesn't move when you type and you don't have to worry about it sliding out of the case when you carry it. The case is fit perfectly for the S7, all the speakers, ports, and fingerprint reader are accommodated for and easily accessible, and the cutout at the back for the S-pen and cameras is perfect. I also like that when you close the case it covers the S-pen to keep it secure so you don't have to worry about it falling off somewhere. There's also an extra cutout under inside the case, under the tablet screen where you can store your S-pen if you don't want to stick it to the back. The case wakes the tablet up when you open it, which is a nice feature. Really, the only con I have for this is that you can't rotate the tablet in the case. This is only an issue for me because I like to read before bed, and I prop my tablet up in its case so I don't have to hold it. The Kindle app doesn't let you choose which side is up when you lock the orientation to vertical, it automatically chooses the tablet's left side. Which means if I'm laying on my right side, my book is upside down unless I can rotate the tablet. I get around this by turning the whole thing upside down, flipping the case backwards and turning the flap backwards underneath it to keep it from sliding (see picture). The inside of the case has a non-skid surface, so it works pretty well. All in all, a great buy.

Great case and keyboard for the price.
Love this case and keyboard. Keyboard seems to work fine. Seems people complain about not being able to use case setting on your lap but just put the keyboard aside and use the tablet keyboard. I mostly use mine setting on a table and that works great. Made this older tablet a bit more fun. Everything seems to be made with decent quality and feels good to the touch.

Almost just right, just needed a couple improvements
I needed a budget case and keyboard, because I stretched pretty far to get the Tab S7 to begin with. Don't look at me like that, if you didn't need it on a budget, you wouldn't be reading my review. This combo is fine for someone that can use a mouse. Because of a hand injury, I am unable to use a mouse, though I can type and use a trackpad just fine. That makes the keyboard coming with this case unacceptable for me. I swapped it out for the Fintie keyboard (sold separately) that has the built-in trackpad, and it fits this case perfectly, unlike the keyboard that comes with this case which is on the small side for the case. Now I'm happy with much more functionality. Another gripe I had was pen storage while using the tablet. I like to magnetically attach the pen to the side of the tablet, which is the top in landscape mode when typing. This case prevents you from attaching it there due to a large plastic piece. That was a disappointment, but I was able to attach a thin metal strip to that location, and now the pen attaches just fine where I need it, without detracting from the case. While I like the built-in pen storage while carrying it on the go, for someone who will be grabbing the pen a lot and jotting notes while working, the pen storage slows you down during work, but is great protection when not working. Attaching on the back of the tablet also slows me down, so when I'm working and am not needing to charge the pen, the metal strip was a wonderful idea. Found the perfect item at the hardware store. The only other downside to the funcationality of the case is the same with all such tablet cases, including the official one from Samsung. It just isn't stable in a lap. You need a desk or table to set it on. Well, I decided to fix that as well. I cut the front off of an old 3-ring binder. The part of the case that sits under the keyboard slides into the inside pocket, and the keyboard magnetically attaches on top, holding the case in place on the binder piece. It's like a small lap-desk without the pillow that adds stability to the case so I can have it in my lap while working from my favorite recliner. All in all, purchasing the other Fintie keyboard was worth it. I was willing to spend up to $100 for a good keyboard/case combo, and the official one was 1) too expensive and 2) didn't actually protect the tablet from drops. Between the cost of this case and the swapped out Fintie keyboard, and a 50 cent metal strip, I still came out under $65, and I am very pleased with the results.

great product for a reasonable price
I originally ordered this case because I was not happy with the official Samsung cases and whether they would actually protect my tablet, this case has very sturdy corners and a thick shell that holds the tablet very snug. the outside material and inside materials are nice colors and have great surfaces for their intended functionality, the inside is grippy but not super uncomfortable and the outside is a smooth texture creating a sleek design. very functional, strong, and I have no worries about my tablet getting damaged. Now for the keyboard. it is a very cheap plastic keyboard and bends more than the hard case does lol. however after a quick test it seems to work great, Bluetooth worked well and after typing out a little paragraph it seemed to have a great connection, no lag in the typing at all, while it is not the most luxurious keyboard sounding or feeling, it does work and for the price point that it's at along with the case is quite worth it, especially if you don't want to buy the expensive Samsung keyboards. can't say much about batter life of the keyboard other than it charged pretty quick and after I got a green charge I tested it out. for reference I have the Samsung Galaxy tab S8. overall happy with the product and am glad I got it. thumbs up

Better choice over the official Samsung keyboard!!
GREAT CASE! It connects easily and love that the keyboard detaches so it can be a regular case but it magnetizes to the case so it doesnt slide or anything when its on. Has some cool features like copy and paste, undo, home, lock and internet for easy access. I love the two spots for the pen: one in the actual charging port and one for easy access when you are working right beneath the screen. The case closes over the pen spot so you don't worry about it falling out. I did alot of research about what case to get for my samsung tablet. I looked at the official samsung keyboard and a few other amazon ones. This one had by far the best reviews, least negative comments and overall best price. Especially compared to the official one, and I am very satisified with my choice!

Great but don't keep keyboard attached...
I only gave it 3 stars bc of its affect on my new Samsung tab S7. The quality is nice and keyboard links no problem but if you keep keyboard on and fold it behind the tablet, then messes up the tablet. It causes the tablet to randomly shut off or not turn back on. So, use without keyboard attached all the time if you just use tablet a majority of time by itself.

Great bang for the buck. Simple, fits, works, Do you need anything else to buy this??
It's constructed very well. No issues with fit or the keyboard working. Speedy delivery and awareness of our world in packaging for shipping. This purchase was a "no brainer". It's everything it says it is in the listing. Well worth the price. 100% Pickled Tink!!

Not bad as a holder
Provides good protection. The keyboard is ok but not the main reason for purchase.

Really great product for my s8 tab
I like everything overall. The keyboard has a nice feeling, syncs well, and light. No problem typing and I like the button corner especially that it can be turned off and on depending when you wanna use it. I prefer the case more than the samsung one because it has better protection, covers the corners of the tab and fits really well. I also like that it closes over the camera when fully closed. Smooth to the touch, a bit bulkier than the samsung one but overall great product, no regrets.

Justb a small caveat
All very good, excepting that the photo seems to suggest the 'wallet' might hold the keyboard when closed, but alas it doesn't, meaning having to carry/protect separately.

Surprisingly nice keyboard, laughably heavy case
The keyboard has surprisingly nice keys; each key has good tactile and auditory feedback as well as key travel. The keyboard is surprisingly stiff too. I haven't used it for a long time but the battery seems to last a long time too. I like that the left shift key is a whole shift key rather than a split bilingual key. The keyboard layout is a bit funny since I am so used to using a windows-style keyboard. Also the keys are a bit narrower so getting used to typing on it will take a couple days to adapt to. The shortcut keys for internet and email are okay but it would be nice to be able to reprogram them for other apps or commands. The case is decent. It's nice to have 3 positions for angling the tablet but of course it's not the same degree of angulation that one can have with a laptop. Case is laughably heavy. Can't be helped that magnets are heavy; they're required to stick the keyboard in three different positions, help the tablet stand, or keep the case closed. This makes my tablet keyboard-case combo feel as heavy as my ultrabook laptop but at least it's more compact. ---------------------------------- October 2021 Update I've used this for the past 4.5 months and come to like the ability to use the keyboard on my lap while the tablet is a bit further back on my desk. A friend also has a Tab S7 with the OEM keyboard that connects directly and they're a little bit jealous that I am able to type without the keyboard needing to be directly attached. When the keyboard wakes up after not being used for awhile, it takes about 5-10 seconds to reconnect. Not terrible but just something to note. Battery life is insanely long. I've only charged the keyboard 2-3 times in this 4.5 month period. Another friend got a keyboard/case combo for their iPad; what's interesting about that is the keyboard's plastic body extends beyond the number keys to enable the iPad+keyboard/case combo to be held from the keyboard like a laptop while standing. This fintie keyboard/case combo cannot be held like that due to the way the keyboard attaches to the case (magnets) and would result in the case & tablet flopping over pretty hard (and potentially dropping your expensive tablet). I'm not terribly fussed about it; I just hold the keyboard/case with one palm directly underneath the tablet when I still need to type with one hand. It isn't the most comfortable position but it isn't something I do very often anyways since I usually use the tablet with the stylus when I need to stand and take notes at the same time. Overall, I'm still happy with this keyboard/case combo. I didn't do a whole lot of research into what was out there when I wanted to purchase one but hopefully my review helped you consider what to look for in tablet keyboard/case combos. ---------------------------------- March 2023 Update I've had this case for almost two years now. I previously wrote that the keyboard was surprisingly stiff; I should add that I thought it was surprisingly stiff for how thin it is as it will still flex somewhat under the right conditions (IE: buttons can get depressed while in stuffed backpack or when bending downwards with a pack despite they keys being recessed and the whole keyboard tucked in the case, which may lead to the tablet occasionally vibrating). That said, for how cheap this case+keyboard combo was and how little I have to charge the keyboard (like once every few months), I think I can over look that. The case is definitely showing some wear from being taken in and out of backpacks; the black faux leather on the outside on the corners and along the edges is already peeling, exposing the grey plastic underneath. While not the end of the world, it doesn't really look good in a professional setting. Unfortunately I will have to drop my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars as I wasn't expecting to have to consider replacing this case as it got scuffed up. If you're on a budget for a case and keyboard, then I highly recommend this. But if you're a more discerning user, I would recommend considering other products.
