Magnesium Spray for Sleep 1000ml + 100ml - Natural Ultra Pure Magnesium Oil

Great product and lasts for ages. Had an issue with my order and was resolved super quickly. I had further fab aftercare when my spray give up years later and a replacement was delivered quickly.

I use this behind my knees and inside my elbows just before bedtime. I usually sleep well. It's less messy than magnesium butter and just as effective.

Quick service, well package. Not been using long so cannot comment too much yet.

I was very sceptical about if this would help me or not but after reading the feedback from other people thought that it was worth a try. Like others I definitely noticed a significant improvement in the muscle tension where I needed it and also felt that because of that I was more relaxed. I have used it morning and night (and a couple of times in the day if I felt the tension returning. There was a bit of an itch to start with however I followed the guide and that soon passed. I am looking forward to seeing if the occasional night leg cramps that I get are improved as well.

64 f and on a mission to improve my general health and wellbeing. I see plenty of health and longevity influencers and pundits pushing magnesium and I’ve taken three big chalky pills every day for weeks in the hope my Poor sleep would improve. I thought I’d try this spray for a change. After an evening bath I sprayed it on my Feet. It tingled a bit which I felt was a sign it was being absorbed. On the nights when I had a quick shower and my skin was less soft it didn’t tingle and didn’t work as well so I’d say skin needs to be prepared. My sleep score was up into the excellent band from fair. I did miss a couple of nights and it dropped back down. After use I definitely felt I’d had a more restorative sleep. Less broken sleep, easier to fall back to sleep and don’t feel as groggy on waking, better morning energy. I’m very happy with this product and it has become a key part of my night routine.

I have only just started to use this magnesium oil but I must say after rubbing it into my feet the first two nights I did sleep better. Early days yet but I’m hopeful.

Endlich etwas für meine Bursitis am Hüftbeuger gefunden. Ich bin so etwas von zufrieden. Es reicht natürlich nicht für den ganzen Tag und wichtig ist es, die schmerzende Stelle gut nass zu machen. Aber es hilft!!!! Totale Empfehlung

Ich bin total Begeistert von dem Produkt. Ich leide seit Jahren unter schmerzen und Krämpfe in den Beinen und kann nur mit einem Rollator laufen oder für längere Strecken denRollstuhl. Ich nutze das Produkt jetzt seit einer Woche und spüre eine deutlische verbesserung, endlich kann ich Nachts fast durchslafen weil die Beine ruhig sind, auch die verkrampfungen haben hachgelassen. Ich bin echt gespannt wie es weiter geht Ich werde deswegen nicht wieder laufen können, aber ich habe Ruhe in den Beinen. Ein ganz gorßes Dankeschön geht an den Support, den musste ich Kontaktierenda eine Pumpe beim transport beschädigt wurde. Eine Mail an den Support und zack gab es schon eine Antwort mit dem Satz: "Wir senden Ihnen umgehend kostenfrei einen neuen Ersatz per Expressversand zu" und am nächsten Tag kam die Post.
