Great product
Awesome. I order these every few months. They come in 2 ea5 lb bags. Each 5 lb bag fills a gallon jar. I keep the bags in the freezer and a gallon jar full in the refrigerator. Pieces work great for the things I make, they are fresh, and nothing but raw cashews just as I intended to purchase

HALF PRICE OF CASHEWS FROM THE LOCAL GROCERY STORE!
I couldn't believe how cheap these are! 12 bucks a pound I was paying at the local grocery store! These are about 5 bucks a pound! I love Amazon! I quit drinking milk or milk products! Why? Because cow milk clogs arteries and causes high blood pressure, strokes and heart attacks and heart disease! Heart disease is the #1 killer of Americans! SO I BOUGHT A NUT MILK MAKER RIGHT HERE ON AMAZON! I make cashew milk! It's way better than cows milk! Creamy! I make chocolate milk, vanilla milk! I use it in soups. Stews or anything I need a Creamy sauce for! I sweeten it with honey!

Cashews Tasted and Smelled Like Motor Oil
THESE WERE HORRIBLE! They smelled and tasted like motor oil. This was a huge waste of $60. The cashews were dirty and some seemed rotten. Invest in a better quality bag of cashews. These are 100% NOT worth it.

Great for vegan cheeses and sauces
I use these cashews only for making vegan cheeses and sauces. I don’t think they’re the freshest because they’re a bit soft but that works out great for my recipes. No need to soak or boil in water to soften if you have a high speed blender. I suspect but do not know for sure that a HS blender isn’t even a requirement to get the right consistency. The cashews are sold in pieces so that combined with the softness makes for very smooth, creamy results. Very mild flavor which is also a big plus. The price is half or less than what I can pay in a supermarket. Also, a bulk purchase means less time spent buying over and over and less likelihood of running out.
