Excellent ice pack for knee recovering from replacement knee surgery. This was easy to apply and the Velcro strips stick to everything, but they held it together well.

After having trouble with one knee for months now, I decided to order this particular style of ice wrap to try to break the cycle of pain and occasional swelling. It took me a while to get around to trying it, because hoofing up and down stairs to the freezer isn't that comfortable right now. My husband took pity on me and brought the ice wrap up a couple of evenings ago. Wow! I was able to get a much better night's sleep after the session of icing that knee for about 20 minutes. Now that I know it can be very helpful, I'll be using it more frequently! I would recommend using a kitchen dish towel, or a hand towel to wrap around the exterior of the ice pack to protect your skin. You don't want to have the wrap itself come into direct contact with your skin. I found plenty of cool pain relief when using a kitchen dish towel of medium weight as the shield between me and the wrap. The Velcro straps were just the right fit to hold the wrap in place while I enjoyed the soothing session. The wrap doesn't have a scent of its own, but it did pick up the smells of the freezer, reminding me that it's time to change out the baking soda freezer pack boxes. That freezer aroma can be distinctive, and while not unpleasant, it's not exactly like aromatherapy, either.

This ice pak has a soft backing that can be put right on my knee, no washcloth needed. It has 2 velcro straps which hold it snug. It is simple to wrap knee & has a nice flat bag to slide the ice pak in the freezer. Just what I needed.

Nice , convenient way to ice my knees, but it does not stay cold as long as i would like . Still will use it because it does feel cold and helps with knee swelling. Wraps around the knee nicely as well.

This is great! Needed to use some FSA money & I have an old knee injury that acts up often. It comes with a freezer bag to keep it clean which is nice, and I love how it has a soft fleece barrier so I don’t have to put a towel on my skin first. Stays cold for ample time. Not easy to walk around with without it sliding but that’s okay with me. Only thing that could improve it is if the ice pack went all the way around the knee. I have to rotate it to the back after I ice the front but it’s still plenty cold to do so.

Where have you been all my life? This is the best knee ice pack I have ever had. The size is perfect for my knee and I don’t have to worry about it falling off when I get up. Stays cold, comfortable, thick and cushioned. So happy I made this purchase.

I've been using this ice pack for 2 weeks following a partial knee replacement and it is extremely well designed, easy to use and effective. The hospital sent me home with an ungainly large device that took 4 ice trays to fill and that had to be plugged in, creating a tripping hazard. I never used and relied on this ice pack instead - it did the job in a simple, manageable, low-tech way.

Great wrap, stays cold for a good while. Feels very durable and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from knee pain.

Perfect for torn knee ligament injury. The straps aren't too long as other have said, they are long enough to wrap around the knee twice at different areas to hold in place. Velcro fixing, very easy. Provide instant relief. Weight is no issue and comfy to wear, easy to freeze, great value for money

Great recovery product.. after playing sports I applied it as per recommended in the instructions leaflet in the package.. next morning I didn't feel any pair or inflammation that usually felt after playing sports at all. Great simple recovery tool.

....wird im Doppelpack geliefert. Tiefkühler auf, ganze Manschette rein, fertig. Die Manschette selbst hat zwei Seiten und dann auch von zwei Seiten verwendet werden. Die eine Seite ist quasi Eispack direkt auf die Haut. Die andere Seite hat eine Fleece Schicht, so als würde man unter die andere Seite ein Handtuch legen. Beide Seiten kann man mit meinem beidseitigen Klettverschluss auf jedem Bein festmachen. Die ganze Manschette macht eine hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Manschette selbst geht etwas um das halbe Bein und ist so konzipiert, dass die Kniescheibe ein eigenes Kühlpack hat und der darumliegende Bereich ebenfalls. Die Kühlleistung ist in meinen Augen hervorragend und mit der Zeiten Manschette im Wechsel lange aufrecht haltbar. ...bin früh, dass ich diese hiwr gekauft habe. ... empfehlenswerter

Llevo usándolo unos 10 meses y estoy sumamente satisfecho con esta compresa de frío. La calidad de los materiales se nota en el día a día: - Es muy flexible (incluso recién sacada del congelador) y la parte de felpa interior es súper agradable y suave al tacto con la piel. - Las tiras de velcro son anchas y fuertes; se ajustan perfectamente, comprimen muy bien y mantienen la banda firme en su sitio sin deslizarse, incluso tras meses de uso frecuente. Un gran plus a destacar: incluye una bolsa protectora con cierre zip específica para guardarla en el congelador.
