All three plants arrived healthy and larger than I expected.I have seen no signs of pests or disease and their roots look nice and healthy. I would buy from this seller again.

Totally impressed...
I’m totally impressed by this ponytail palm! It’s absolutely adorable and adds a little greenery to my new spring bedroom decor. I was concerned about purchasing a live plant online for obvious reasons, but, everything went incredibly smooth and it arrived sooner then anticipated. It couldn’t have been packaged better! And, you can tell that it had come from a professional grower by the way it was safely and securely but delicately placed into t he the box. The soil and pot were wrapped with moistened newspaper and then plastic to avoid any mess. There wasn’t one brown unhappy leaf on the plant. In fact, my father, who had worked in a retail gardening department for many years was extremely impressed himself...and that is very hard to do!

Small trunk
It is a nice plant but much smaller that the pictures - trunk is only 3 inches tall and 2 inches wide. Pictures show trunk is 6 inches tall or more and 4 inches wide.

It's huge!
This plant is easily 3X bigger than I expected! I thought it would be about 12" from pot to top, but it's closer to 36"! Healthy, green, a beautiful addition to my home!
