I bought1at CVS and it was made of memory foam and very uncomfortable. This product is much more comfortable and durable. The difference was like night and day.

To my surprise ...I was not sure I expected this to make a huge difference. So it’s nice in life to be surprised in a good way. I got this for my lower back, a pressure sore, lower spine problems in muscles. Now I’ve only had it for a week but I can tell you that my pressure sore is almost gone, I feel like I’m sitting up straighter. And best of all, I find that when I do get up I have less severe back pain. So ask me if I am happy and pleased? So far yes. Comfortable and soft..you find you easily get used to something under your derrière besides the couch. Will need to get more thinking of the car and other chairs!

Anyone dealing with IC has the papers from the doctor telling you what you can't eat/drink (anything fun) and how much liquid to drink and how often to go to the bathroom, etc etc. But there's the "limit sitting" rule that can pretty much suck when your job requires you to sit a lot, your commute requires you to sit a lot, you'd like to enjoy going to the movies or out to eat at a restaurant. These things are a lifesaver. Or a bladder saver. Or your perineum. Whatever - my point is that it takes the pressure off of that area when you have to sit. We just slip them into a pillow case so it's not really noticeably screaming "HI I'M A HEMORRHOID PILLOW!!!" and take them wherever sitting is required. Nobody has ever done a double take or cared. The pillowcase does double duty of making them easy to keep clean. If you're eating a meal while sitting on it, you know food is going to find its way to fall down onto it unless you have it covered with a pillowcase. Not to mention it's smooshed up against your butt for hours at a time. I don't care how clean your butt is, it's still a butt and it's nice to be able to slip a pillowcase off every once in a while and throw it in the laundry. This particular pillow is worth the extra price for it's softness and quality.

This cushion is amazing. It gives great support to your tailbone and is firm enough to do the job without feeling like you’re sitting on a rock. At first, I noticed it, but after using it a few times, it just became part of my routine and now I can’t imagine not having it. As a student who spends way too much time sitting behind a computer, this has made a huge difference. It’s honestly been a lifesaver for my comfort during long study sessions.

This is a product which helps relieve pain and discomfort for my husband , it doesn’t and can’t get rid of pain by itself

I've used this for six weeks now. It's comfortable overall, but my back hurts a little by the end of an hour or so. I bought this from Amazon in January for $65. It is now $97. Why?

Not sure what it is. I have bought quite a few of these donut style cushions, but this one is either too hard or not the right shape, and is twice the cost. I'll give it a couple of more days, but I think it's going back. I do appreciate the cutouts though, as a man.
