Can I pit tul’s in them before socks on?

You can put it in or wear it outside of your socks before you put them on. Thicker heel pads provide your feet with enough protection and support, so we suggest wearing them with slightly loose shoes that won't squeeze your feet.

How can I clean them?

Hand wash in warm water. Air dry naturally, avoid direct sun. Care with baby powder if product becomes sticky or causes irritation.

Are they made for like me a very low arch/flat foot?

Yes, we update and improve these gel heel cups , thicker heel pads provide your feet with enough protection and support.

This heel support is 0.18 inches thicker to provide adequate protection and support for the feet.

Is the product pair Left/Right oriented or can you wear on either foot comfortably?

Yes, you can wear it on either foot comfortably. It is very soft and comfortable.
