So pleased that we bought these. I used to always give my dog Lily’s wolf brushes but he demolished them in seconds and they are so expensive like £1 a day for my dog to clean his teeth for 10 seconds. These not only smell great, very clean and minty. He loves them and they aren’t as soft as the Lily’s woof brushes which mean they last longer. He now is chewing for almost up to a minute which is far better for his teeth and also the chewing and enjoyment he gets from eating it. And these work out to be half the price of the Lily’s woof brushes, last longer and smell better. Also they are completely natural low in fat and don’t contain any allergens that my dog has. These are a win for me

These were enjoyed by my dog but were definitely on the small size. The ingredients were good. However, they are expensive so I will probably not buy them again. Hence the low three stars.

These chews are obviously tasty as you can see from my dogs reaction, however the only reason I spent £35 on them was because of the promise of them lasting a long time and so would hopefully help him clean his teeth. I wouldn't normally film my dog eating but thought it the best way to show how quickly he ate one. I bought the medium size chews as he is a 23kg dog and therefore a medium sized breed. I'm sorry for the maker's as they have tried to make a healthy brand but for teeth cleaning they are totally ineffective and not worth the price tag.

We were buying these on 'subscribe and save' so have purchased many packs over a few months but I don't think we ever received the number of sticks listed on the packet (7). We didn't notice at first but once we did we started counting them when opening a new pack and there were always 6 sticks. As our dogs enjoyed them, we didn't contact amazon to return them or complain but I did contact Edgar Cooper directly to inform them of the ongoing issue...twice. On both occasions I received no response. This was 12 weeks ago. The packet I opened yesterday only contained 5 out of 7 sticks so I reached out to Edgar Cooper again. This time I did receive a response saying that I need to contact Amazon to get them to then contact Edgar Coopers Sales Department 🙄 I wasn't asking for compensation, I was only asking them to look into the obvious quality control packaging issue. Needless to say, I have cancelled my subscription and won't be buying any more. And as other reviews have mentioned, the sticks are very soft so most dogs eat them extremely quickly. They are not long lasting as the advertising claims.

the first batch I got were excellent, took the dogs some time to eat them, the second order are bendy and soft just like any other chew but far more expensive. is it because they are old stock and passed onto Amazon to be got rid of or been sitting around in Amazon warehouse. would be good to hear from the manufacturer but think that highly unlikely

I have bought this item (two different flavours; eight packets each order) a total of eight times and all but the current order have been perfect. The photo shows what the stick on the left should look like, as opposed to the one on the right and what it shouldn’t look like. I opened five of the eight packets, all stank, had mould and were the wrong colour. I contacted the seller, with the photograph, immediately and explained I have used them on numerous occasions and this is the first order which is problematic - I asked for a refund or replacement of the defective sticks. Their response was not only shocking but very unprofessional and they REFUSED to provide a refund etc. Unfortunately, I have had to get Amazon involved (first time in my entire history as a customer) and this is the sellers last response to me while I was on chat with Amazon: “No we have certainly not committed fraud 🤣 we have sent you exactly what you ordered, in date and sealed” Fraud is the intent to make a gain for himself or another (the seller) and cause a loss to another or to expose another to a risk of loss (me, the buyer). I appreciate they sold the item in good faith but keeping my money for an obviously defective product is fraud as they have been made aware of it being defective, therefore they are no longer acting in good faith. The product, when not defective, is great and my dog loves them. However, mouldy and smelly chews are not healthy for any animal and one has to wonder about the company’s ethos in relation to keeping an animal healthy and happy.

Had a box of these in the medium size delivered at the end of July. The best before date is the 15th of August which means that most of them will go to waste. Won’t be buying again.

Excelente para limpiar los dientes de mi perrita, me lo recomendó mi Veterinaria. Acabo de hacerle una limpieza bucal y para el mantenimiento de la boca me lo ha recomendado. A mí perrita le encanta.
