How do I get a refund for the many items i never received

Good question. I still haven’t received my money back for an item declared undeliverable, so I am not the right person to answer that.

Should it be refrigerated ?

For optimal flavor and consistency, you can refrigerate our French's Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce, 12 oz. ~JM
