I initially bought this to add an essence in my routine for extra hydration because I have dry skin in the winter months, with a little extra kick of brightening for my dark spots. In the morning and the afternoon I shake the bottle as instructed and add two dabs to my hands and rub them together and pat on my face. It has slightly thick texture so it sinks in quickly. It gives a perfect amount of hydration right before using my other serums. Plus it doesn’t peel after applying other products. After one month of using this 2x a day I saw a slight difference in my dark spots. They’ve lighten a little bit as I expected, so not a full drastic change because I’ve had some scars for months. My bottles not even half way finished so its actually lasted longer than I expected. Overall the ingredients are really hydrating for the skin and with continuous use, my dark spots should fade more, but with this ingredient comes time and patience for difference in the skin. Now I want to try their alpha arbutin 2% serum for a more concentrated effect and better results.

So far I like this product. What I didn't like is the packaging. It had leaked a little, maybe an extra seal will work.

This essence was hydrating on my skin and the texture was very nice. With that being said I didn’t notice much brightening to my skin. I feel like the percentage of alpha Arbutin was not enough for my dull skin. With the amount of product you get I would buy this again just to see if i could benefit from the brightening affects using it more consistently.

I was skeptable about products like this that say they do something and mostly it is hype. But I have been using this product for 2 weeks and I can say I LOVE IT. IT WORKS. My husband notices the difference as much as I do. This is a great buy

Nothing replaces the far reaching effects of a healthy diet but when my eating was off and my skin was showing dark patches of hyperpigmentation, this stuff and Naturium’s other skin brightening products with alpha arbutin worked well together to get my skin back on track. So grateful for products like this.Warning: it can be drying and make sure you wear some sort of SPF coverage. I use Neutrogena’s SPF 70 just to make sure I don’t have any contrary effects from the sun while this stuff is on my face.

The bottle arrived in good condition, but as soon as I opened to use it, the lid refused to close again. I have it secured with a piece of tape. I know that keeping serums and essences in light-proof packaging can be important, so I was disappointed and I hope they start using sturdier containers. I really want to love Naturium as I enjoy Susan Yara and have learned a lot from her YouTube videos.I've only used the serum a little bit, but it goes on nice and causes no irritation. I look forward to seeing if it can lighten some of my sun damage.

Naturium you have out done yourself! I love this product because it layers so well with my morning skin care routine; that now I can use Arbutin both day & night. I used to only be able to use Arbutin at night. This is such a versatile product formulated in this manner that I just can't say enough good things about it. It is scent free & very light weight, & super easy to apply. Love it! The results are beautiful!

My dermotologist recently started me on hydroquinone to even out my skin tone, so I started researching alternatives since HQ is so harsh. This is much easier on my face and leaves my skin soft and feeling nourished. I'm going to finish my script of HQ and keep using this instead of refilling my prescription.
