Review: Great quality durable all-in-one - The build quality, print speed, setup and paper handling are all very well thought-through and designed. It is sturdy and the battery life really good. Prints everything I need on the road. The setup for my Mac OS X Mojave was a bit harder than on Windows. You DO have to install the Mac software from the website and do a complete install with the exact print drivers versus the default generic ones the mac seems to offer by default if you don't go through a full installation and you try to print just from a 'recognized' printer. It does connect via bluetooth to the mac easily as well. No complaints once you understand about using a full factory software download on the Mac. Review: Print quality only lasted 2 years - I was very disappointed in this printer. Last year the print quality really deteriorated. I printed double. I usually only use it when I travel to Arizona for the winter so this winter I did call for technical help. The technician worked a long time with me and we did get it working and printing clearly about a week later it went back to the way it was. These mobile printers are more expensive than a regular printer so I expect it to last longer before I have to spend that kind of money again on a printer. I think printers should last longer than 2 years. Also I had a terrible time changing the cartridges. I had to keep trying and trying and eventually I did get them changed but then kept getting notices that the cartridges were not in correctly but after a while they did print even though I got the message. It was just not an easy printer to have. Trying to decide if I should buy the 250 model as I do like HP's better than the other brands I have used in the past except for this one.

Worst Piece of Garbage I've Ever Seen
This is by far the worst printer I've ever encountered. Thank goodness I didn't spend any money on this piece of junk. This thing doesn't even deserve one star. We have gotten nothing but error messages about the ink cartridges since we turned the thing on. Brand new printer, brand new ink, nothing works!!! This thing is an absolute joke! Do Not Waste Your Money!!!!

It just sucks
This is the most temperamental printer I've ever had. We are moving away from HP printers. We have spent enough.
