ConvaTecNatura + Closed-END Pouch

Ordinary a great product. The box from you has had several profuct failures. Very disappointed.

These have a filter that is supposed to allow gas up escape without much smell. However, the gas NEVER escapes the pouch through the filter, causing the user to have to open and close the pouch by hand, thus making the purpose of having the filter negated by this failure. This "upgraded" pouch 416409 replaces the discontinued 413175 (which has worked perfectly for the last 10 years) It is is a poor replacement and a failure. Convatec has yet to admit there is an issue with this product as far as I'm aware.Beware the new Convatec filtered closed end pouches!
